
Lissa Larsson
Inga Lisa Larsson, ceramist born in Härlunda September 9, 1931, the daughter of a factory owner Einar Alhage and Johanna Nilsson. Lisa received her training at the Industrial Art College in Göteborg during the period 1949-54, then employed as a designer at Gustav Porslinsfabrik until 1980. The period after Gustavsberg she has worked for Rosenthal, Höganäs, Duka, KF, Goebel, Åhléns, Skruf Glassworks and finally during the period 1990-92 when Jie Gantofta. When Jie went bankrupt in 1992, she returned to the premises in Gustavsberg where she started her own company Keramikstudion AB.
Lisa has designed a variety of figures, both in the form of animals and humans, is best known well Pippi Longstocking. "Pippi" made since Gustavsbergsbacken through an agreement with Astrid Lindgren and AB Lemeco obtained the license to manufacture the figure of ceramics.
